    In my recent trip 33 rs got deducted from my rapido wallet and it was showing 41 rs cash in captains app so I paid him 41 but where should I complain about this u have no contact number

    Kindly make your services better in terms of handling customer query. What is the point of introducing wallet when money gets debited but can't be shown on the wallet. Kindly get this issue fixed or else refund the money.

    I have added 50 rs just now in rapido wallet.

    Transaction is successful, money got debited from my bank account.
    Still it is not reflecting in my rapido wallet.
    Resolve it as soon as possible.

    I opted for pick up and drop people, but I am assigned for restaurant food pickup without my knowledge. I don't have time to come to office due to some personal reason and it's not my fault. Please cut TT to resolve this. Thank you.

    Your captain dropped me at my location then changed the drop location to 2 km further and charged me extra money for that. what tf I am supposed to do for that ?

    I would like to inform you that there is a offer running on in which if customer recharge his rapido wallet with Rs. 300 and get another Rs.425 in the rapido wallet which means 300+425=Rs.725 whereas I received only Rs. 300/ . Please credit remaining amount.

    I was shown a fare of Rs. 44 and when the captain dropped me on my location then I was charged Rs. 108.
    If I have to give 108 then why it 108 was shown to me. It is wrong. Very wrongly charged.

    I was charged more that I was shown because the captain took the anti direction. He took me around 20-30 km but the map showed me 11km and he took me around 20-30km. The price shown was 42 and I was charged 82. I want the solution for this.

    May be as a new in market in Hyderabad.. on-line wallets may not work...

    But trust me, a cash on drop is worth.. carry some money worth ur drop..C'mon guys when we can spend huge for s eatery N beverages... We all need a secure for a safe home drop.. that's what these guys do.. So kudo's to them...

    Worst appever i have seen, i have enough cash but still saying insufficient amount, and i had to pay the cash from hand every time, no proper customer care service is available, its just a 3rd grade service just to loot thr money, i strongly reccomend not to use Rapido anymore.

    Over the last 2 / 3 days, I am selecting mobiKwick and also Paytm, as the default payment but I am getting charged in cash. Happened yesterday with Paytm and today with mobiKwick

    I raised two tickets for that ( Request no  512953  and 517971 ). nobody replied.

    Please call me or give me a number where I can call and resolve this. Paying in cash is a big problem as they or me will never have change.
